We are a lending company with a focus on trade and consumer loans. We have been lending to our target markets for five years.Due to expansion, we are recruiting to fill the position below:Job Position: Loan OfficerJob Location: NigeriaJob Summary

• Develop strategies to generate leads
• Develop and maintain productive business relationships with prospects and customers
• Analyse prospects and customers financials and make lending decisions.
• Attend sales meetings as required.
• Address customers’ queries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers on fund utilization.
• Maintain required record keeping and reporting of all sales and after-sales activities.
• Follow up on loan repayment in accordance with repayment schedule.

Requirements

• OND / NCE / HND / BSc in Business / Finance / Marketing or a related field.
• 1 – 5 years of experience in a similar role in a lending company or Microfinance Bank in Lagos.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good written and verbal communication skills. Smart and articulate.
• Good team spirit.

Salary / Benefits

• Monthly Salary: Above industry average (N120,000 – N200,000) depending on qualification, experience and track records.
