Employment Type: Full-timeResponsibilties

• Manage Front desk operations, including Check-in, check-out, phone calls, emails and room assignments.
• Handle guest complaints and ressolve issues promptly
• Room readiness and coordination with housekeeping
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Liaising with maintenance staff to deal with issues within rooms and common areas as they arise
• Managing the booking system for future reservations.

Requirements

• Evidence of first Degree (Bachelor`s)
• Proven 3 years of experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Living within Lagos mainland is added advantage.

Salary
