RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design web page layouts that align with client preferences and best practices for user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
• Upload assets to the website in collaboration with other departments
• Keep WordPress core, themes, and plugins updated for security and performance on all WordPress sites
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Organize and analyze research findings for a better understanding of user insight
• Assist in wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and creating user flows
• Deliver UI mockups, prototypes, MVPs, and final products
• Configure the WordPress admin panel for user-friendly content management by the members of the staff
• Make minor customization to the website using HTML, CSS, and potentially Javascript
• Bug – Fixes: Troubleshoot any technical issues that might arise on the website
• Perform minor updates and backups
• Implement basic SEO practices to improve website visibility in search engine results.
• Render Tech support to employees

QUALIFICATION

• Proven experience in WordPress development and customization.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and tools.
• Experience in technical support and familiarity with online tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
