- We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant specializing in Social Media and Email Marketing.
- The ideal candidate will manage our online presence, engage with our audience, and execute email marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages, fostering community engagement
- Analyze social media metrics to optimize content strategy and increase reach
Email Marketing:
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails
- Segment email lists to deliver targeted messages
- Track and analyze email campaign performance, suggesting improvements as needed.
Content Creation:
- Design visually appealing graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Spark
- Write compelling copy tailored to different platforms and audiences
Administrative Support:
- Maintain and update content calendars
- Prepare reports on social media and email marketing performance
- Assist with other digital marketing tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Spark
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization is a plus.
Salary
