Utility Supervisor

Job Summary

To ensure that all machines are in good working conditions.
To ensure strict compliance with the SOP guiding the machines.
To monitor the usage and consumption of CO2 and Diesel at all times and give an accurate report.
To ensure that there is a stable and constant power supply to all factory equipment and appliances.
To monitor power usage and consumption and give the report accurately.
To ensure that factory generators are in good working condition.
To carry out daily, weekly, monthly and periodic inspection/servicing and maintenance of factory equipment for better efficiency.
To ensure that all equipments are switched on/ready for production use.
To ensure that the Cooling Tower Reservoirs are kept cleaned at all times.
To ensure that portable water is supplied to every section for production.
To ensure that the section is clean and kept tidy at all times.
To ensure proper dress code within the section.
To Conduct One Point Lesson to all his subordinate
To ensure Zero LTA every day.
