Training and Operations Officer

A Position has opened for an experienced Training and Operations officer to join our team in our branch office in Abuja.

Requirement/Qualifications:

BSC or HND in Security Operations Management, Criminology, Security Studies, or it’s equivalent.
Knowledge of physical security and it’s components will be considered.
Professional certification as certified protection officer will be an added advantage.
Relevant experience as a retired paramilitary or military personnel will be a plus.
Candidate’s age of 35 to 50 years.
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Training Specialist or similar role.
Must be residing in Lokogoma/Galadamawa environs at Abuja.
Knows Abuja environs
3 – 5 years experience with designing security training programs and workshops.
Ability to lead a full training cycle.
Ability to conduct physical drills on guards force.
Knowledge of various training and teaching methods.
Excellent decision making and organizational skills.
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
Ability to interpret and implement cascaded corporate quality objectives.
Great team leader.
Guard force management.
Good time management skills.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to prepare reports using computer systems and the Internet.
Social media expertise in WhatsApp, Zoom, Facebook,etc.
