You will need
As a Trainee DIYier, Facilities & Business Operations Executive, you will possess the following skills and expertise:
- You must be a Self-Start and able to safeguard and handle company’s equipment with proper care
- Able to drive manual vehicle (specifically vans)
- Multimedia Design (Digital Banners, Logos and Flyers)
- Understand the role of Facility and Business Operations management (Training will be provided)
- Health, Safety & Environmental understanding (Training will be provided)
- Financial knowledge including budgeting and forecasting (Training will be provided)
- Excellent hardware/software diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- High level of verbal & written communication skills
- Must be a Good Team Player
- Must be versatile with Video Games (PlayStation 2/3/4/5, Xbox & Nintendo)
- Able to configure and setup technological equipment
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, balance work streams and liaise with staff at all levels
- Technical knowledge of basic DIY skill and good at basic technical-know-how (Additional Training will be provided)
- Excellent customer service skill (Additional Training will be provided)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Word & Excel are essential) (Training will be provided)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Linux operating system (Training will be provided)
- Excellent Networking knowledge plus router configuration – (Training will be provided)
- Good knowledge of hotspot and tethering networking
- Ability to configure and setup Remote Access (Training will be provided)
- Basic Electrical & Auto mechanic knowledge (Training will be provided)
- Must have legal driving license and able to drive (manual and automatic drive are essential)
What you will be doing
- As a start-up business, we would require your round-the-clock attention which may include weekends and special holidays but our standard working hour is 8am-11:30pm in shift pattern and Sunday from 1:00pm – 08:00pm and additional one in two working week. We are looking for someone who will fit into our shift patterns.
- Undergo regular training on cloud computing, software testing and hardware management
- Solar Off-grid system configuration and maintenance
- Data protection, and other employee development program
- Generating sales lead – online marketing (including field marketing)
- Uploading products on company’s marketplace website, Social-media and Google Business and setting price tags
- Renting out equipment
- Diagnosing Vehicles and Batteries (Advanced Diagnostic Tools available)
- Maintaining Company’s Off-Grid Facility
- Responding to sales enquiries and looking after the video game centre and Football Match Viewing centre
- Creating user accounts on company’s e-commerce site and updating all user accounts on daily basis – (Training will be provided)
- Able to power-point ideas and suggestion for business operations’ growth
- Multimedia Design (Video Imaging) & Using Drone Technology for sky view video recording (Training will be provided)
- SEO marketing (Training will be provided)
- Customer and client technical support (Training will be provided)
- Booking and attending to sales delivery and post-sales support
- Updating company’s knowledge base (Training will be provided)
- Sharing company’s Standard Operating Procedures (Training will be provided)
- Installing and configuring software programmes (Training will be provided)
- Administering Picking up of goods from container-yard if required
- Responsible for looking after company’s equipment and goods (Training will be provided)
- Make purchases on behalf of the company and Handle different logistic requests
