Telesales/Sales Representative – Akure
We are actively seeking a driven and enthusiastic Telesales Specialist to join our dynamic Telesales team at. If you have a passion for e-commerce, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in telesales, we want you on board! Candidates should be in Akure or willing to relocate to Akure in Ondo State.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and offering accurate information about our products.
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service
- Sales Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to close deals, achieve sales targets, and handle objections and rejections effectively.
