Job Description

• Minimum of 7 years’ relevant work experience in construction, real estate and facility management.
• Demonstrated capacity and expertise in total facility management, technical operations, project & team management.
• Prior experience developing strategies/systems to implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations within the team and facilities.
• Proficiency in facility and infrastructure (water supply treatment plant, power generating & HVAC systems, etc) management using well drafted PPM that conforms with relevant standards.
• Track record deploying process improvement tools and techniques to schedule, plan, track and correct process performance.
