Technical Manager

Job Summary

  • A skilled and dedicated Technical Personnel to join our integrated security surveillance system team for rail lines.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and be familiar with various surveillance technologies and systems.
  • He will be responsible for assisting in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the integrated security surveillance system for rail lines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of the integrated security surveillance system forail lines.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the system is operating efficiently and meeting the required specifications.
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates to the system to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the integrated security surveillance system.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, including training and assistance with system usage.
  • Conduct periodic system audits to identify any vulnerabilities or potential risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in surveillance technologies and recommend system enhancements or upgrades.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of the security surveillance system with other rail line systems.
  • Adhere to all safety and security protocols while working on rail line premises.
  • Document all system changes, updates, and maintenance activities for future reference.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Previous experience in technical support or system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of integrated security surveillance systems, including cameras, sensors, and monitoring software.
  • Familiarity with rail line operations and security protocols is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to different rail line locations as required.
  • Special skills and passion for security surveillance systems, with the technical expertise to contribute to the success of our team will be an added advantage.
