Description
- Ascertain value of stock held and submit periodic reports based on functions.
- Shall establish and implement good warehousing practice principles expected of a pharmaceutical industry, this should be done in conjunction with the process/operation officer.
- Shall carry out the issuing/dispensing of raw and packaging materials in accordance to duly approved BMR and PPR of products.
- Make a compilation list of required raw and packaging materials to be procured/needed for product in use. And subsequently back it up with the necessary follow-up action to ensure prompt procurement of these materials.
- To receive only Quality Assurance approved finished goods from the factory accompanied by duly approved relevant documents.
- Prepare reports on adjustments to inventories, spoilt or damaged stock and changes in stock location.
- Perform preventive maintenance on stock/inventory items.
- Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety analysis (JSAs)
- To operate and maintain the smooth running of the water treatment plant from time to time in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Department.
- And to carry out other duties as may be assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess OND qualifications with 2+ years relevant work experience.
