Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
• Monitor and analyse sales performance, setting and achieving individual and store-wide sales goals
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
• Ensure the store is organised, clean, and meets brand standards
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary, ensuring a prompt and effective resolution
• Manage employee schedules, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a well-trained, motivated team
• Ensure compliance with all store policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Collaborate with senior management to identify business opportunities, areas for improvement, and to implement new initiatives
