Spares Coordination Analyst
Purpose of the Job (Brief)
- The job involves overseeing spare parts transactions for efficient maintenance, optimizing inventory, collaborating with procurement, and analysing data for continuous improvement.
Deliverables (Responsibilities)
- Coordinate the transaction and validation of spare parts to meet maintenance requirements and minimize downtime.
- Analyze usage patterns and forecast demand for spare parts to optimize inventory levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders as needed to prevent stockouts.
- Collaborate with procurement to confirm the requirements and lead time to receive the needed spares, and terms to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including maintenance teams RTOs and
- FSEs to facilitate efficient spares management.
- Implement inventory control measures and best practices to eliminate duplication, build an accurate data base for the sites and improve inventory accuracy.
- Generate reports and analyze data to track inventory performance, identify trends, and make datadriven recommendations for process improvements.
- Participate in cross-functional teams and projects to support continuous improvement initiatives

- Experience with NAV or other ERP systems is a plus.
Educational Level:
Must have:
- Minimum of BSc/HND/OND in Electrical
Working Experience:
- Must have: 4 to 5 years Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a &/or Mechanical Engineering. manufacturing or maintenance environment. – Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages (excel, word and PowerPoint)
