Position Overview:

• Head Spa Therapist: As the Head Spa Therapist, you will lead our spa team in delivering exceptional treatments and services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. You will oversee daily operations, mentor and train staff, and contribute to the development of innovative spa offerings.
• Spa Therapists: As Spa Therapists, you will play a key role in providing a range of spa treatments and therapies aimed at enhancing relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being for our clients. You will deliver personalized experiences, uphold service excellence, and contribute to creating a luxurious spa environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and other aesthetic services.
• Lead by example, providing exceptional service and maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Collaborate with management to develop spa menus, promotions, and packages.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of treatment rooms and spa facilities.
• Build rapport with clients, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and advancements in spa therapies.
• Uphold the clinic’s values of luxury, excellence, and integrity in all interactions.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, or related field.
• Proven experience working in a luxury spa environment, with leadership experience for the Head Spa Therapist role.
• Exceptional technical skills and proficiency in a range of spa treatments and techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding client experiences and promoting wellness
• Must minimum 2 years experience in working in a spa.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
