Job Description/RequirementsResponsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid and organic campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
- Oversee our social media content calendar, ensuring brand consistency and engaging content.
- Optimize and update our website and marketing funnel for conversions and performance.
- Manage email marketing campaigns to engage previous customers and generate new leads.
- Launch and manage customer feedback initiatives – including collecting Google reviews and post-purchase satisfaction surveys.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics: impressions, engagement, CTR, conversions, etc.
- Coordinate A/B testing of ad creatives, email subject lines, landing pages, and more.
- Monitor trends and algorithm updates to keep our digital presence fresh and effective.
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries across all social channels.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align on campaigns and promotions.Optionally: Coordinate with local influencers or ambassadors for collaborative marketing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and website optimization.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong grasp of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset and passion for digital growth.
- Have experience with platforms like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools.
- Are familiar with Zoho CRM, Make.com, or similar automation tools.
- Have worked in the power sports, automotive, or outdoor recreation industries.
