Social Media Assistant
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversion.
- Define and execute content calendars, campaigns, and promotions across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and messages across all social media platforms.
- Foster a positive community and manage online reputation.
- Monitor social media analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Instagram Insights to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies.
- Prepare regular reports detailing social media performance, key metrics, and insights to inform decision-making.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Experiment with new content formats, features, and platforms to drive innovation and engagement.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Higher National Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or in a related field.
- 1-year proven experience in experience in social media management role.
- Professional qualifications, certifications, and memberships are an added advantage.
- Must reside in Lagos.
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Must not be less than 21 years of age
