Description
- Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
- Ensure that all project activities adhere to relevant regulations, standards, and specifications.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring they align with project plans and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Address any issues or challenges that may arise during construction and implement effective solutions.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets established standards and specifications.
- Conduct inspections and tests on construction materials and workmanship.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to the allocated budget.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
- Maintain clear and open communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and milestones.
- Facilitate effective communication between different teams involved in the construction process.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus.
