- Dangote Cement is seeking an experienced and engaging Senior SAP HCM/SF EC Integration Consultant to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for integrating SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC modules, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC integration
- Deep understanding of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC modules, data models, and workflows
- Experience in integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other middleware
- Strong knowledge of HR business processes and best practices
- Experience in implementing and supporting HR systems
- Ability to gather requirements, design integration solutions, and provide technical guidance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
