- We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can help elevate our visual storytelling, strengthen our brand, and bring our ideas to life through bold and thoughtful design.
The Role
- We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team.
- In this role, you will work on a wide range of projects; from digital content and social media campaigns to branding, advertising, and print materials.
- You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to conceptualize and execute visual assets that communicate our brand voice, mission, and services clearly and compellingly.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality visual designs across multiple platforms: social media, websites, newsletters, advertisements, packaging, and event materials.
- Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines and visual identity across all company assets.
- Translate strategic marketing objectives into innovative, on-brand design solutions.
- Take ownership of end-to-end design processes; ideation, conceptualization, iteration, and final execution.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, web, product, sales) to align creative concepts with business goals.
- Manage multiple design projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, technologies, and design standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a graphic designer in a professional setting or creative agency.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative projects and your contribution to them—portfolio submission is mandatory.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and similar platforms.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for both digital and print mediums.
- Ability to effectively present ideas and take constructive feedback.
- Strong organizational and time management skills—able to meet deadlines consistently.
- Added advantage: Motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX design capabilities.
