Role Description

• The Senior Business Analyst is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
• The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams and management to support the ongoing success of the organization.

Qualifications

Our preference is that the candidates have experience in similar roles in the top 5 comparator Banks, the Big 4 and large well-established FinTechs / Telcos Only.

• At least 5 years of experience.
• Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
• Experience in documenting Business Processes and Requirements
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools
• Experience in software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
