Job Responsibilities

• Participate in a team-oriented environment to develop heavy loaded web-based applications with complex business logic
• Develop new tools and applications by translating business requirements into Alison’s system design
• Maintain and upgrade existing applications
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and make constructive suggestions for change

Required Qualifications

• Advanced experience in PHP and Laravel framework
• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases, MySQL experience is a plus
• Understanding of best practices for REST API development
• Knowledge and experience in AWS suite of tools and services an advantage
• Familiarity with the latest technologies and standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a love of technical challenges
• Must be self-motivated
• Used to rapid development in Agile, and working with associated toolsets (JIRA, Confluence)
