Duties

• Ensure all the SAP QTY is matching with physical count; 
• Enter every entry into the ERP timely on daily basis.
• Monitor every entry into the ERP by the material assistant.
• Monitor and document the requisition and receipt of raw/packaging material.
• Prepare material for local purchase items.
• Manage and keep record of local purchase items.
• Post all finished goods in the ERP daily.
• Reconcile any differences in stock of materials with finance department.
• Count all raw/packaging materials bi-weekly.
• Count and determine the stock of local purchase bi-weekly.
• Assist the Production Manager in keeping all records
• Constantly liaise with Inventory Officer/Warehouse Officer on the position of raw/packaging material.
• Carry out any other job that might be assigned by the production manager
