Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role in Lagos for a Sales Specialist and Deposit Mobilizers.
• The Sales Specialist and Deposit Mobilizers will be responsible for acquiring new customers, cross-selling company’s products, mobilizing deposits, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in microfinance banking or related industry
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong social and networking skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, ability to cultivate and maintain relationships, and ability to manage multiple accounts
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines
