- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Renewable Energy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, selling solar and renewable energy solutions, and building strong relationships with clients.
- This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and market insight to drive revenue growth in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for renewable energy solutions (solar, wind, energy storage, etc.).
- Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote renewable energy solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored renewable energy solutions based on technical and financial feasibility.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contract agreements to potential clients.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and follow up on sales inquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and residential customers.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in renewable energy.
- Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and project execution.
- Provide post-sales support, including customer feedback management and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition (experience in the renewable energy industry is an advantage).
- Proven track record in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical aspects of solar energy, battery storage, and power solutions (training will be provided if necessary).
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and sales reporting.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.Application Closing Date
