Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Relationship Manager located in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work.
• The Relationship Manager will be responsible for introducing and managing relationships with Moni clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building a portfolio of satisfied customers.
• The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels and working with internal teams to develop and implement strategies.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Experience in sales and account management
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
