About the job

• As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our real estate transactions and ensuring the smooth financial operations of the firm. You will work closely with our finance and operations teams to maintain accurate financial records.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and budgets.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the operations team to track expenses and revenue related to property management and real estate sales.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage financial transactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• ACA professional certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• Proficiency in ERP software and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
