Job Description

• Prepare Bill of Quantities.
• Prepare of Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) for projects.
• Measure and extract quantities from working drawings and cost analysis.
• Review the cost structure and pricing policies based on job quotes depending on the order, size and completion deadlines.
• Form claims and variation orders as required on site after obtaining SPM approval.
•  Create budgets using contract pricing and review pricing and engineering data o suit the department goal.
• Collaborate with Design Team and Project Executives to outline budgets parameters and update budgets with any necessary changes.
• Prepare final constructions valuation.
• Prepare penultimate certificates and final certificates for completed projects.
• Main contractor account reconciliation with ENG finance department.

Experience / Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Survey
• NIQS Certification is a must
• Minimum of 5 years’ industry experience.
• QSR experience is an added advantage.
• Experience in Project, Budget Management
• Knowledgeable in construction procurement
