Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Officer who will effectively monitor standards and ensure the quality of incoming and outgoing products.

Responsibilities

• Carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped and incoming products.
• Take a thorough look at the plans, specifications, and blueprints to understand the product supply chain.
• Report cases of compromised products that fail to meet quality expectations.
• Resolving quality-related issues and adhering to deadlines.
• Providing training to the quality assurance team.
• Design an efficient QC protocol that can be used across all domains.
• Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records.
• Recommend improvement measures to the workshop and OEM on process to ensure quality control standards are met.
• Guide the Service team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of Installations and repairs.

Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or Physics Electronics.
• Post-graduate qualifications in the related fields will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant QCexperience.
• Relevant Experience in a similar industry will be an added advantage.

Skill Requirements:

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge is the use of equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, DC Regulators, Variac, others. standard EE lab equipment
• Good practical experience with MS Office٫ particularly with PowerPoint
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills
• Profound knowledge of quality control standards.
