Job Description

• Designing scenarios, test plans, procedures, and scripts.
• Efficiently analyzing test results and further reporting them to the development team.
• Proficiently executing tests on source code.
• Working efficiently with the development team to rectify errors and bugs.
• Reviewing and analyzing system specifications.
• Identify key KPIs for product quality
• Executing manual or automated test cases and analyzing results.
• Collaborating with the dev team to develop effective test plans and strategies.
• Creating logs for documenting test phases and significant defects.
• Evaluating product codes as per specifications.
• Working proficiently with cross-functional teams, ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Providing aid for troubleshooting issues.
• Conducting post-implementation or post-release testing

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
• 2 years of experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing with selenium, Test Driven Development Strategies and other
• Minimum 18 months of experience with coding using Java
• Minimum 18months years of experience with web security technology
• 2 years of experience with software QA tools and processes
• Must be familiar with Agile frameworks where regression testing is a plus.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
