MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10 years experience in public sector consulting and partnership.
• Knowledge of the Nigerian Government Sector and its peculiarities, and an understanding of the Tech Ecosystem is also required.
• Experience with proposal and business writing. Strong research, communication, and publication skills.
• Verifiable track record in framing and driving public sector projects with detailed understanding of the lifecycle and a specialization stakeholder management.

What does the job involve

• Develop and implement a successful Public Sector Strategy
• Develop a Day One Readiness Plan and 100 Day Plan
• Develop and execute a Change Management Plan
• Determine a functional and operational desired state; asses gaps and develop plan
• Ensure we create synergy and value through collaboration, and retain deal value

Qualifications

• Must have a verifiable track record in framing and driving public sector projects with detailed understanding of the lifecycle and a specialization stakeholder management.
• Must have consulting experience.
• Knowledge of the Nigerian Government Sector and its peculiarities, and an understanding of the Tech Ecosystem is also required.
• Broad experience in Public Health is an added advantage. Technology and digital health experience is an added advantage.
• Experience with proposal and business writing. Strong research, communication, and publication skills.
