Property Manager

We are looking for a competent and experienced Property Manager to oversee the operations and management of our real estate properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for all aspects of property development, maintenance, and tenancy management. And also oversee our hire purchase operations This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Property Manager Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the development and construction of our real estate properties.
  • Ensure that all construction projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
  • Monitor the progress of construction projects and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and implement property maintenance plans and schedules to ensure the proper upkeep of the properties.
  • Handle tenancy management, including advertising available units, conducting tenant screenings, preparing lease agreements, and managing rent collections.
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure that repairs and maintenance are carried out promptly and effectively.
  • Respond to tenant concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management activities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to management on the status of the properties and any ongoing issues.
  • Handle Hire purchase operations.

Property Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in estate management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate management, property development, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate regulations, property laws, and building codes.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and property management software.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours, as required.
