• The ideal candidate would be responsible for organizing programs for the organization. You will also be tasked with developing programs to support the organization’s strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long-term goals. Interested candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar field. The salary is N650,000 and the work mode is onsite.

Responsibilities

• Organizing daily activities based on the goals of the organization.
• Devising new programs that support the organization’s objectives.
• Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
• Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
• Monitoring projects and overseeing project managers to ensure goals are met.
• Meeting with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals.
• Working with the marketing team to improve strategies.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Program/Delivery Manager
• Understanding of project management.
• Proven experience in program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
