- We are seeking to hire a highly efficient and organized professional secretary with Exceptional Typing Speed and Accuracy.
- Skilled in handling a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks, supporting executives and departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. A Male is preferred for gender balance.
Job Description
- Previous experience from a fast-paced corporate or professional settings
- Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or office coordinator
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, phone systems)
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Maintain client files, records, and correspondence in an organized manner.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable
- Excellent time management and prioritization
- Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information.
