Product Manager

About the Role

  • The Product Manager will report to the Head of Product with dotted reporting lines to the Chief Technology Officer.

The main duties and responsibilities of the Product Manager shall include:

  • Synthesising market needs into product requirements and driving alignment with leadership on prioritisation for the roadmap.
  • Write and prioritize user stories and define acceptance criteria.
  • Working with large data sets, automate data extraction, and build monitoring/reporting dashboard · Writing high quality SQL codes to retrieve and analyze data.
  • Enabling effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
  • Analyze and solve business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward- looking opportunities
  • Communicating complex analysis and insights to our stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Enabling customer-facing teams with product knowledge and direction
  • Owning and managing the product backlog including mitigating risk, prioritising effectively, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Enabling highest leverage work for yourself and others

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical, Data Analytics or Consulting
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Ability writing product documents (PRDs, FRDs, etc. )
  • Data-driven mindset and approach to decision making and gaining actionable insights
  • Proven ability to complete projects on time, on budget, and to scope defined
  • Experience running large projects using software development tracking tools (e.g. Notion)
  • Experience with data analytics platforms (Google Analytics, MixPanel, etc.)
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
