Job Location: Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite, Mondays – Saturdays)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic PR & Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness and customer engagement for our luxury spa and wellness center. 
• You will develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media, build strategic partnerships, and enhance our brand’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Public Relations: Develop and maintain positive media relationships, securing press coverage and managing spa-related communications.
• Brand Management: Execute strategies to strengthen the spa’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Marketing Campaigns: Plan and implement digital and offline marketing campaigns to drive bookings and increase awareness of spa offerings.
• Social Media Management: Create and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), engaging with followers and promoting spa promotions.
• Content Creation: Write blog posts, press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials that highlight services, promotions, and wellness tips.
• Event Management: Organize and promote events, including influencer partnerships, press events, or customer appreciation days.
• Market Research: Analyze competitors, trends, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in PR and marketing, preferably in the wellness, beauty, or hospitality industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
• Experience in organizing events and influencer collaborations.
• Knowledge of SEO and email marketing campaigns.
• Creative mindset with a passion for the wellness industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Graphic design skills are a plus.

Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
