POS Officer
Responsibilities
- Escalating merchant’s complaints such as chargebacks/failed/delayed settlements to the appropriate team.
- Sourcing and onboarding of new merchants.
- Visitation of merchants and repairs of the terminal to provide firsthand support and resolve POS issues.
- Creating marketing strategies to achieve giving sales targets.
- Training merchants and their sales reps on how to use the terminal effectively.
- Retrieving terminals from inactive merchants
- Remapping retrieved terminals to new merchants or those with faulty terminals.
- Making requests for terminal replacements in cases of damage
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / B.Sc Degree
- Must have 1-2 years of work experience.
- Skilled in data analysis using excel
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willing to learn fast
- Good communication skills.
Salary and Benefit
- N70,000 / Month.
- Transportation Allowance
