What You’ll Do
Cultural Advocacy & Engagement:
- Actively embed the company’s values and principles, tailored for a dynamic startup culture, into everyday operations, fostering a workplace environment that resonates with our innovative spirit and strategic goals.
- Lead initiatives that drive employee engagement and promote a positive, high-performance culture, utilizing modern approaches and tools that resonate in a fintech/startup setting.
Strategic HR & People Operations:
- Develop and implement cutting-edge HR strategies and initiatives that are in sync with the rapidly evolving fintech sector, aligning them with our overall business strategy.
- Provide strategic business partnership to senior leadership, offering insights and advice on People Management through a fintech lens, integrating tech-driven solutions and trends.
Talent & Performance Management Using OKRs:
- Oversee the talent acquisition process, identifying and recruiting individuals who not only possess the requisite skills but also align with our unique startup and fintech culture.
- Design and implement effective performance management systems based on OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to align employee goals with the organization’s objectives, ensuring a results-driven approach in line with our fintech orientation.
Learning & Development in a Tech-Forward Context:
- Lead the development and execution of employee development programs, ensuring they are tailored to the needs of a modern fintech startup. Emphasize equipping team members with the latest skills and knowledge essential for success in the fast-paced fintech sector.
- Champion the use of innovative learning tools and methodologies that resonate within a tech-forward environment, fostering continuous growth and adaptability.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a preference for advanced qualifications or certifications.
- Considerable experience in a people-oriented role within a dynamic technology environment.
- Demonstrable experience managing HR functions and crafting organizational culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and workforce trends.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Experience with Human Resource Consulting is a plus
