Operations Lead
OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the sales of FMCG categories ( Beverage, Home and Beauty care, Packaged and Commodity)
- Hire and manage Van Sales Representatives
- Good knowledge of the area, retailers and distributors of FMCG products.
- Demonstrate Sales Leadership
- Data Analytic skills
- Fleet Management and route optimization.
- Logistics management
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI)
- Sales of the FMCG Category
- GMV
- Customer Retention
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Good work ethics and time management skills • Knowledge of category, sales leadership, commercial operations
Salary Range: 100k-150k net. + Incentive + HMO
Location: Ajah, Surulere, Mushin, Ikotun, Ota, Ogba, Abule Oshun, Badagry, Abeokuta, Ikorodu, Ibadan, Ilorin, Trans Amadi, Omoku, Asaba, Jabi, Kubwa, Kaduna, Kaduna, Kano.
