Job Description:

As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for providing crucial support in the day-to-day operational functions across our portfolio of companies. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless operations and assist in implementing strategies to drive revenue generation. This role involves collaborating closely with senior management and department heads to streamline processes and optimize business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department heads to understand operational needs and facilitate the smooth execution of business plans.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for revenue generation and contribute to the development of operational strategies.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
• Support the coordination of projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
• Assist in monitoring budgets, expenses, and resource allocation across different companies within the conglomerate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
• Proven organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with operational tools/software is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic and evolving business environment.
