Job Summary
- Performing site-specific engineering analysis or assessments, detailing exact requirements.
- Installing solar panels, inverters, batteries, charge controllers, and other necessary equipment at various locations and environments.
- Ensuring electrical wiring is correctly in place and adhering to all safety and technical standards.
- Maintaining records of maintenance, installation, and operation procedures for each site.
- Diagnosing and fixing any issues related to solar system performance.
- Keeping current with emerging technology and techniques in solar installation.
- Providing detailed technical explanations to clients on how to use the systems effectively.
Requirements and skills
- OND/HND/B.Eng. in electrical/mechanical engineering or equivalent; certification in PV installation is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Solar Installer or similar role in the energy sectors.
- Familiarity with electrical wiring and equipment safety protocols.
- Strong working knowledge of tools and machinery.
- Ability to work at heights, on roofs, and in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.

Job Summary
- We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Admin Assistant to support our team in achieving our business goals.
- As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of tasks. including data entry, record-keeping, scheduling, and administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, record-keeping, scheduling, and other related tasks as assigned.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, etc.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Book travel arrangements
- Handles day to day running expenses, submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Manages the cleaner, loaders, driver and other contract/casual staff.
- Other duties that may be assigned to her by the managing director.
- Talent that resides on the mainland (Surulere and environs) is preferred.
Requirements and skills
- Minimum academic qualification of university degree in any field
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanning machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
