- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Provide data entry and document management support
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Support colleagues with tasks, projects, and deadlines
- Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE or OND qualification with 0-2 years of experience.
Salary
