Job Description
- Research various legal issues and case Law, and provide seasoned legal opinion.
- Draft legal documents.
- Assist in case management.
- Provide legal support and advice on commercial transactions.
- Collaborate with Senior Associates and Team Leads to develop strategies and legal solutions.
- Monitor trends, keep abreast of developments, and provide updates in assigned areas of law.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and maintain professional conduct at all times.
