Key Responsibilities

• In charge of the IP-PBX system. 
• Configure and install various network devices and services (routers, switches, firewall, load balancers, VPN, QoS).
• Install and manage the CCTV Cameras.
• Configure and set up the Access control Doors.
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.
• Setup and manage the Hikvision IVMS Servers.
• Install and configure wired and wireless network devices.
• Configure and manage the active directory users and computers.
• Manage the call VoIP network and fire alarm system.
• Manage server-client services, IP cameras, access doors, printers, etc
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Monitor system resource utilization, trending and capacity planning.
• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, and the success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Significant experience as a Network Engineer, with a focus on progressively complex responsibilities.
• Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) or equivalent certifications.
• Understanding of network security principles and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
