MIS Associate
Who we are looking for.
- We are in search of a proactive and results-oriented MIS Associate to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with a passion for data analysis and a drive for excellence. They will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our MIS and contributing to the optimization of our operations.
Desired Attributes:
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting data to drive operational improvements.
- Proficiency in database management, data cleansing techniques and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectively conveying information to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
You will
- Provide 100% visibility on Operations Excellence and Potential incidents via daily and weekly reporting.
- Ensure proper collation of the Trip performance report (where required), Incident report and %ageing rating as at when required.
- Send out Insurance reports every two weeks to reflect trips of 14 days and above aging for Insurance check and coverage, including Weekly “Wet Cargo” report.
- Conduct periodic Incident Resolution checks
- Conduct daily Tracker report
- Be responsible for database cleaning, trip issues follow-up with finance, operations team and other relevant parties.
- May be called to support roles outside your JD as business needs arise.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information System or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or an MBA is considered an added advantage.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as an MIS Associate or similar role.
