Medical Sales Representative
Job Description
- Effectively and efficiently cover assigned territory and maintain a list of healthcare providers/customers by building business relationships with them and ensuring adequate distribution.
- Cover hospitals, clinics, maternity homes, PHCs, pharmacies, and NGOs regularly to ensure availability of our products.
- Achieve monthly sales target and cash collection.
- Implement number of calls daily, visit all distribution channels as specified, and achieve sales target and merchandise as per organization’s guidelines and standards.
- Write and send meaningful field sales report with photos.
- Act as a link between the organization and its clients and execute the sales/distribution, identify and report daily needs of clients accordingly.
- Building the organization’s image in the respective working areas and territories.
- Prepare bidding documents & Business proposals
- Identify potential clients and deepen existing relationships with clients
- Development of Sales Action Plans and unique prospecting technique
Job Requirement
- Bachelors Degree in Biological or Health Sciences
- Business Management, Operations and account management
- Creative and Strategic Planning, Presentation, Negotiation, and Closing Skills
- Client Needs Analysis and Problem Resolution and Decision Making
- Articulate Oral and Written Communication, Time Prioritization and Multitasking
- Good knowledge of Abuja Health industry and establishments
