Medical Esthetician Associate
Job Description
- Provide professional consultation with patients about skin, face and body related aesthetic concerns.
- Performing skin assessments to identify problems and the right course of action
- Provide advice and effective treatment solutions related to our services and products
- Perform medical grade aesthetic treatments
- Educate patients about course of treatments, possible downtime, and pre/post treatment care
- Review patients’ progress and treatment plan
- Maintaining client reports and notes
- Educating clients on spa/clinic therapies and services
- Upsell services and take-home products
- Actively pursuing daily sales goals, including retails sales
- Work as a team with the clinic staff to achieve company goals and targets
Qualifications
- Actively pursuing daily sales goals, including retail sales
- Work as a team with the clinic staff to achieve company goals and targets
- Registered Nurse or bachelor’s degree in any relevant field and beauty therapist
- Fully trained and certified in aesthetics/skincare/laser
- Minimum of 2 years experience in aesthetics
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a good team player
- Well-groomed with a pleasant personality
- Self-driven individual with a positive mindset
- Passion for all things beauty and aesthetics-related
- Strong ability to follow procedures as specified
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Ability to develop a plan of action for clients’ care
- Ability to make a client feel comfortable
- Deep knowledge of skin care techniques
- Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays during festive periods
