Marketer
Position Summary:
A Marketer for a Microfinance Institution plays a crucial role in promoting the institution’s financial products and services to target markets, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities:

- Product Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the microfinance institution’s financial products and services, including loans, savings accounts, insurance, and other offerings.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized assistance, addressing inquiries, and offering financial advice to meet their needs.
- Sales Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the microfinance institution, utilizing effective sales techniques and negotiation skills to close deals and secure new business.
- Customer Education: Educate clients about the benefits and features of the institution’s financial products and services, as well as relevant financial literacy topics to empower them to make informed decisions.

Requirements:
