Logistics Team Lead
Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailer, and consumers.
- Keep track of quality, quantity stock level, delivery times, transport cost and efficiency
- Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan route, and process shipment.
- Resolve any arising problem and complaints.
- Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.
- Meet cost, productivity and timeliness target.
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to access performance and implement improvements.
- Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- Proven working experience as a logistics manager
- Record of successful distribution and logistic management.
- Demonstrate ability to lead and manage staff
- Proficient in standard logistic software
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
