Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Officer based in Abuja.
• The Loan Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as underwriting loans, managing customer accounts, and originating loans.
• They will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of finance and loan officers
• Experience in underwriting and loan origination
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years experience as a loan officer.
• Indepth knowledge of working with a micro finance bank.
