Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan/Credit Relationship Officer. The Loan/Credit Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships, Evaluating the creditworthiness of the applicants as well as the risk involved before loan disbursement, Determine if the client is loan worthy based on information received such as financial statements, collateral etc, providing financial advice, communicating with customers, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• The role is located in Ikeja.

Qualifications

• Business Relationship Management and Sales skills
• Proven sales experience from carrying out Loan Processing, disbursement, monitoring, collateral management and loan repayment collection from customers of the company.
• Finance and Communication skills
• Customer Service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
